Most lift kit installations take between four and eight hours. We aim for same-day completion on standard jobs. More involved builds, such as remote reservoir setups or lifts requiring extended brake lines and caster corrections, may carry over to the next day. We will give you a realistic timeframe when you book.
Do I need to supply the lift kit or do you provide it?
We can supply and fit the kit or fit a kit you have already purchased. If you are buying through us, we will help you choose the right option for your vehicle. If you are bringing your own kit, let us know the brand and model beforehand so we can make sure we have everything we need on the day.
Will my vehicle drive differently after installation?
Yes, and that is the idea. A 2 inch lift gives you better clearance without dramatically changing the on-road feel. Higher lifts will alter body roll and steering response slightly, but with a proper alignment and the right components, the change is controlled and predictable. We adjust sway-bar links and other hardware to keep the driving experience balanced.
Do you perform a wheel alignment as part of the installation?
Yes, every time. A wheel alignment is not optional after fitting a lift kit. We include it in every installation because your vehicle’s handling and tyre wear depend on it.
Can you fit a lift kit to a vehicle that is still under manufacturer warranty?
